Tech wa fantas!
David - New Albany, OH
The technician was personable, knowledgeable, friendly and everything you would want from an associate representing your organization. Typically when you invite a technician into your home you always have a feeling that he will try to sell you something you don’t need, however nothing could be further from the truth. This guy was super friendly and knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease the moment we met in the driveway. I would recommend him to anyone else looking for any air-conditioning or heating repair.
Isiah was great

Upon arrival for tune up safety check on 1998 Bryant furnace, I found the capacitor reading very low and the ignitor reading high and hotspotting. I did suggest to customer to start planning on replacement due to age and wear and tear of older unit. Unit operational at time of departure.
I was able to locate the gas leak the customer had called in about. I was able to remove the gas line and applied the piping dope on 5 different connections and then reconnected the gas line. I cycled the system again and did not find any more leaks. System is operational upon departure.
Upon arrival for safety check tune up on 2004 Bryant furnace, I found furnace not working at arrival. Throwing code 31, pressure switch not closing. Drained a liter of water from inducer motor housing. Cleared restriction. Furnace now operational but recommend replacing blower. Customer approved replacement of Motor Surge Capacitor.
I completed a fall tune up on a Bryant gas furnace. I visually inspected the unit. I cleared the condensate drain. I cleaned the flame sensor. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. Completed combustion analysis. Cycled and monitored system. Operating normally at this time.
I provided an estimate for a customer on a mini split or zone system.
