I believes home has water in ductwork, is slab home and nothing we can do for them, they will need to call a plumbing company or foundation expert to correct the issue.
found the 2003 Payne systems low volt fuse blew, replaced fuse and all worked fine afterwards, I couldn’t find cause but customer stated they have how power flickers and outages occurring, this may be the cause, system seems to be running as it should be at time of departure. System humidifier pad needs replaced pad number is a #35 for it.
I found system flashing code 31 for pressure switch failing to close. I reset system and it flashed code 12 for blower on after power up, system cycled and went into heating but never sent voltage to inducer so system went back to flashing code 31, systems board is bad and will need replaced.
