Ben was our technician this morning to complete our cold season checkup as part of our maintenance contract. He was extremely polite and very professional. I am a technical person (not HVAC) and observed him while he worked. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the results. He did not push any products like some techs and we appreciate that. Based on this visit we will continue to use this company.

Upon arrival, I discovered issue was not with inducer motor or pressure switch, but with the gas valve. I informed the customer of my findings and informed them we would be back out with a gas valve to install. System is not operational at departure due to gas valve not working.
Upon arrival for service call on 1995 Goodman furnace, found system running as intended upon arrival. I tested system pull it was getting readings. Amp draws were within range. Cap on blower motor tested slightly out of spec. Flame sensor was reading low amps, I believe this was issue after checking everything else out and hearing customers description on what was happening so I pulled and cleaned flame sensor. It was reading higher amps now. I started system several times and everything came on fine. System had ran for 20 minutes prior to arrival with no issues as well.
