From the time that I placed the service call to the time my AC was repaired was just less than a hour. Bryan was super professional and was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. Will definitely you these guys again in the future. Continue to let the employees use take home work vehicles. That advertising is what led me to call.

Upon arrival for service call on 2010 Comfortmaker furnace, found system displaying code 3 for low pressure switch not closing. I reset system and inducer never came on, I checked continuity on wires and they were fine. I also tested at board and system would get carrying voltage. One time 0 one time 120 and one time 56. System will need new board as proper signal is not being sent to the inducer.
Upon arrival for tune up safety check on 2009 Bryant furnace, I changed the filter with customer provided filter and pulled and cleaned the flame sensor. I also noticed with heat exchanger had some heat spots forming and the inducer motor was slightly overamping which may cause problems in the future. The system runs hot but does not trip limit switch and is oversized for home. The unit is operational at departure.
Upon arrival for tune up safety check on 2020 Carrier furnace, customer had concerns about humidifier and felt static electric in home. Humidifier is operational, humidistat was set to 30% raised to 40%. All other items checked out good within manufacture specs at this time. System operational at departure.
