I preformed a leak search on a Carrier Air Conditioner. I determined that there was a leak in the OEM Evaporator Coil. Replacement has been ordered.
I completed a diagnostic on a Carrier Air Conditioner. I determined that system was low on charge. I put charge in system was system was operational at time of departure.
I completed a diagnostic on a Rheem Gas Furnace. Determined that the blower motor was not coming on for cool. Upon further inspection I found that r was lose in thermostat, I jumped r and g at thermostat and put everything back in place. System was operational at time of departure.
I completed the scheduled maintenance agreement cooling tune up on a Carrier air conditioner. I visually inspected the unit. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. Completed combustion analysis. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked voltage and amps. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored systems. All operating normally at this time.
