Upon arrival the 2017 Carrier furnace was not operational, showing led code 31 pressure switch did not close or reopen, After further diagnostic noticed a water bubble in inducer port, widened inducer port to manufacture specs, Cycled system in heat, it continued to operate with no faults or errors while tech was present, System operational at departure.
I am Performing our Five Star Tune-Up & Safety Check on a Gas Furnace. All readings were within manufacturer's specifications, unit operating properly at this time.
I replaced gas valve. Gas valve was not getting gas all the way through it, was getting 7.5 incoming and 29 volts to valve, however valve would never open, tI spoke with sr tech and was advised to order a board and to schedule to come back out and go over the 2019 Carrier system.
