If I ever need heating or cooling work done again, it will be through this company. The repairman came on time, fixed the problem, and even came back the same day to make sure it was fixed. The price was very reasonable.

Great service. Informative and thorough.
Upon arrival for a callback service on 2020 Carrier furnace, I found system was displaying previous code for limit fault or code 33. I addressed this issue by adjusting fan speed and changing out filter that was dirty. I also noticed thermostat head doesn't connect to the base plate very well. Notified customer of this. Also noticed large gap on back of filter box and furnace that had been taped the tape is falling off sheet metal work will most likely need done to fix this.
I completed a diagnostic on a Bryant gas furnace. During diagnostic I discovered that most of the manufacture wiring harness has been replaced at some point NOT with manufacture specs wiring. All have been spliced in, found loose connection on spliced in inducer motor wires. Repaired short and got voltage to inducer, then determined that the igniter has failed. I gave and estimate to replace the ignitor. I recommend that due to the age (15 years), condition and cost of repairs that the unit be replaced. Client authorized replacement of ignitor. I replaced the ignitor. I informed the client that due to the wiring issues we will not be able to warranty any work performed today, Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
While performing tune up, dusted out indoor coil drain pan and furnace, tightened loose wire nuts, and moved blower capacitor to the front for easy maintenance in the future. Outdoor dual capacitor is low and will need replaced if customer is interested.
I completed the service maintenance agreement fall tune up on a Carrier gas furnace. I visually inspected the unit. I cleaned the flame sensor. Checked voltages, amps and pressures. Completed combustion analysis. Cycled and monitored system. Operating normally at this time.
