If I ever need heating or cooling work done again, it will be through this company. The repairman came on time, fixed the problem, and even came back the same day to make sure it was fixed. The price was very reasonable.

I completed spring tune up on a Bryant heat pump. I visually inspected the furnace. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked voltage and amps. Inspected heat pump. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.

Upon arrival for callback on 2020 Carrier furnace, furnace was operational after about 10 minutes it tripped on high limit showing led code 33. After further diagnosis, discovered that the merv13 air filter is pretty clogged up recommended to customer to go to a merv8 instead, also noticed 5 dampers on ductwork has been 3/4 way shut. Opened all dampers and removed filter. Checked board on wiring and noticed W2 was wired to stat which would cause t-stat to control staging vs the main circuit board, unhooked W2 so the furnace main circuit board would control staging not the stat. After high limit switch cooled off and remade furnace went through heat cycle and kicked on. System continued to operate as intended for about 25 minutes without showing any fault or errors. System operational at departure.
