Upon arrival for callback on 2020 Carrier furnace, found system operational. I recalled previous codes all indicate overheating. I adjusted fan speed and changed gas pressure from 3.4 to 3.2. I pulled filter found it to have what seems like drywall dust on it even though customer just replaced, put new filter in. System operating as intended upon departure. Recommended customer stay with glass floss filters for system as well.
Upon arrival for tune up safety check on 2010 Lennox furnace, I changed the filter with customer provided filter, pulled and cleaned the flame sensor, and checked all pressures, voltages, and amps. Everything is within manufacturer's specifications and unit is operational at time of departure.
Upon arrival for service call on 2020 Carrier furnace, I found slight rattle coming from ductwork. I adjusted louvr and also went through system and tightened all screws and bolts. System did not produce sound on arrival so I just attempted to take care of all possible issues. Upon departure sound still did not replicate and everything sounded as intended. Only remaking sound was slight sound of ductwork popping after unit shuts off.
Upon arrival for tune up safety check on 2010 Goodman furnace, I found the filter to be dirty and recommend replaced, the heat exchanger had signs of corrosion, the blower motor was dirty, and the flame sensor was pulled and cleaned. Unit operational at time of departure.
